DIFFERENT

Porcelain, as we usually see it, feels boring to me, so I started to search for a new language – one that connects the wisdom of old craft with the precision of machines. This opened a gateway to painting possibilities and layers of reliefs that I can control.

VISIONS

My goal is to achieve the integration of AI tools into systems of creative production. Something beyond simple shapes – a story I wish to be part of. I’m grateful for the possibility to learn quickly with an “everyday – anytime teacher.”

TOOL

I don’t like calculations; however, with IT help I can create prototypes more easily. Precision is taken as normality, even in sculpted details. Every program or machine is a challenge and with AI I can integrate them into my way of creating much faster.

MATERIAL

For porcelain, just one word is adequate: Elegance. You can literally create intergalactic beings from clay mush. Water in clay can be modified simply by adding plaster material. See how fluid resin is transformed into a solid form by UV light, or how a sketch in a book can one day become a porcelain vessel.

DIRECTIONS

Lucius Porceliosso is a studio built on intuition, research, and freedom. I don’t follow trends. I search for timeless forms that quietly influence the atmosphere of a room. Craft and curiosity are always at the center.
